Warm Weather Shipping

To protect your order from heat exposure during warmer months, we’ve made a small adjustment to our shipping schedule:

No shipments will be released on Thursdays or Fridays.

Packages shipped later in the week are more likely to sit in non-temperature-controlled facilities over the weekend, which can affect product quality.

What This Means for Your Order

  • Orders processed on Thursdays and Fridays will wait
  • These orders will ship the following Monday
  • This ensures your treats move through the shipping network quickly and safely, without prolonged heat exposure

Shipping

We carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your Crisscross Crunch arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii include an additional $20 handling fee and may take up to 7 business days for delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will begin processing the following business day.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
  • 2-Day Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days
  • Next Day Shipping: Delivered the next business day

Delivery time begins once your order has shipped.

All warm-weather shipments include:

  • Insulated packaging
  • Ice packs to maintain freshness

To reduce the risk of heat exposure:

  • We do not ship orders on Thursdays or Fridays
  • Orders placed later in the week are held in our freezer
  • These orders ship the following Monday

This helps prevent packages from sitting in warm warehouses over the weekend.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
