Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or perishable items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For unopened items, returns may be accepted within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@crisscrosscrunch.com.

Because our treats are handcrafted and perishable, we cannot accept returns on opened items—but we are always happy to make things right if there’s an issue with your order

We are happy to accept returns on unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price excluding original shipping costs.


Incorrect Items Ordered

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

If you need to return an item due to ordering the wrong product:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • No restocking fees will be charged

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Packages that are lost or delivered to the wrong location due to address errors

If an order is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once your order has been prepared or shipped, we are unable to cancel it

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If we made a mistake—our apologies!

Please contact us at info@crisscrosscrunch.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will:

  • Send a replacement
  • Arrange return shipping if needed (at our cost)

Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

We will review order records and shipping details and make it right.


Package Refusals

If a package is refused without prior communication:

  • Shipping costs (both ways) may be deducted from your refund
